With his bowl to himself, Goldfish loves his life...until one day...

A personal account from a goldfish on life in his bowl as other intruders crowd him.

* This humorous picture book is told from the perspective of a goldfish.  Beginning with Day 1 it continues to Day 14 where he describes his days living in his fishbowl.  Although one would think not a lot would happen, he ends up making some new "friends" who disturb his quiet, solitary life.  The  adorable illustrations definitely help add to the humor of this book.  Author Devin Scillian and illustrator Tim Bowers are both award winning artists. This book has been nominated for the Nebraska Golden Sower Award, whose goal is to "develop an appreciation among Nebraska's youth for excellence in writing and beauty in illustrations."

Family Rating: 1 1/2 thumbs up.
