I didn't realize until I spotted this on the shelf at the library that she also wrote a beginning reading book. This book is part of the I Can Read It All By Myself series. Told in rhyme, this book shows different hungry monster and the various things that they eat. It helps to reinforce counting skills as the monsters increase from one to twenty. My son enjoyed the silliness of the monsters and the crazy things that they were eating.
